This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 3 days per week.


What You'll Be Doing



We're looking for a People Operations Manager to run the engine room of our People function. You'll make sure every part of the employee experience runs smoothly - from onboarding to offboarding - while keeping our systems, processes and data sharp as we continue to scale. You'll also lead a small but brilliant team and work closely with our People Partners and Talent Partners across the business.



Owning and improving People Ops processes across the full employee lifecycle. Keeping our HRIS clean, accurate, and running efficiently. Building people dashboards and insights that help us make great decisions. Delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience. Overseeing benefits, policies, and compliance across the business. Leading and developing our People Ops Coordinators and Workplace Experience Partner.

We're Looking For






Experience working in a fast-paced People Ops environment. Strong HRIS capability and confidence building workflows and reporting. Comfortable using data to spot trends and drive improvements. Proven ability to innovate, streamline and automate People Ops processes. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships. Someone organised, proactive, and excited to make People Ops run brilliantly at scale.
