We know that our people are at the heart of everything we doand that's why we're looking for an outstanding People Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic People Experience team.

In this role, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of our People Operations and Onboarding team, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll preparation, and a consistent, high-quality HR service.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and support a team of People Operations and Onboarding Administrators, ensuring workloads are prioritised and delivered on time. Oversee onboarding for employed staff, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Manage employee lifecycle changes and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Oversee payroll preparation, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. Act as the first point of escalation for complex queries and issues. Monitor and manage the People Ops ticketing system to maintain service excellence. Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across processes.

Requirements:



Proven experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR systems (experience with HiBob is a plus) and GDPR compliance.

Remuneration and Benefits:



40-45,000 annual salary 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays. A day off for your birthday.
