You'll thrive in this role if you:



Build strong relationships quickly and influence with confidence. Are comfortable using data and HR systems to spot trends and guide decision-making. We use HiBob and have automated our workflows and tasks to keep admin to a minimum, allowing us to focus on value-add activities. Enjoy rolling up your sleeves, are hands-on, proactive, and ready to deliver at pace. Can balance a human-centric approach with a commercial mindset, ensuring people strategy drives business success. Adapt easily to change and bring energy to new initiatives.


What we're looking for



CIPD Associate level, degree in HR/Business, or relevant experience in a People-related role. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that can sometimes be a little ambiguous. Ability to influence, problem-solve, and manage sensitive situations. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis. responsibilities

Partner with leaders

Champion employee experience

through fair, consistent, and proactive support.

Provide guidance, advice, and support

on the full people experience lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, through performance management and exit.

Lead talent initiatives

, developing and delivering long-term talent strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Guide performance management

and coach managers for success.

Drive change

and support organisational transitions, including potential M&A and TUPE activities.

Leverage data

to inform decisions and improve processes, driving a high-performing culture.
