About the role:

What you'll do:
Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that drive capability, performance and recognition ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead people-focused initiatives to improve engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion, adapting approaches to meet departmental needs.
Support performance management, ensuring employees receive clear feedback, development opportunities, and recognition.
Identify and develop talent, supporting career progression and retention through tailored development plans.
Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, encouraging open feedback and shaping HR solutions that reflect business and employee needs.
Guide and support a team of People & Culture Advisors, encouraging collaboration and continuous development.
Enhance HR processes and tools, improving efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience.
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Contribute to transformation projects, helping teams adapt to change and embed new ways of working.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair outcomes, mitigating risk, and upholding compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Work closely with Finance and Recruitment Business Partners to deliver joined-up support across the business.
Champion the EGOTM Competency Model, embedding it in everyday actions and decisions.
Provide coaching, guidance, and challenge to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong working relationships.
Strong communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in multi-site or retail/hospitality environments.
Skilled in using data and analytics to support reporting
