Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 Annually

Your Role as a People Partner
We're looking for a People Partner to join our newly formed People & Culture Team.
Our HQ is the beating heart of Komplex Group, where teammates from across the country come together for collaboration, creativity, and the occasional cookie-fuelled brainstorm. So, this role is office-based: to be right where our people are.
Our People & Culture team is the core of our people strategy, ensuring outstanding care through each of our clients. The People Partner will be the go-to person for People related issues, a cape is optional

As a key member of the team, you'll build strong relationships, provide practical HR support, and help shape a workplace where people feel valued and empowered. From day-to-day queries to supporting change and driving initiatives, you'll keep things running smoothly, always putting people first.
You'll also play a central role in bringing our evolving 'Kulture' to life, embedding our values into how we work, lead, and grow together.

Key Accountabilities


Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR advice and support across the company. Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as absence, performance,
disciplinary, and grievance issues.


Support managers in applying people policies fairly and consistently. Manage and document employee relations cases, escalating where needed. Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit
interviews and feedback.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Support the delivery of learning and development activities and wider people
initiatives.


Assist with the preparation of reports and insights to support decision-making. Contribute to the development and review of People & Culture policies and
templates.


Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes. Respond to employee queries and provide friendly, helpful support. Get involved in People & Culture projects and help bring them to life! This list isn't exhaustive; we're a team that supports each other and adapts as we grow.
Person Specification
Essential:


Experience in a generalist HR or advisory role. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Organised and detail-focused, with great time management. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems. A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach. Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. CIPD Level 3 Qualification or equivalent
Desirable:


CIPD Level 5 or working towards. Experience of using HRIS platforms. Exposure to supporting change or engagement initiatives. Experience with TUPE Previous experience within a Care or Regulated Environment.
