The Role:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols. Support a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of professionalism, compassion, and continuous development. Drive service improvement through audits, feedback, and evidence-based practices, maintaining robust compliance with all regulatory requirements. Be the main point of contact for service users, families, and external partners including regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and responsiveness across all areas of care.

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience

Solid background in the care sector, with hands-on experience in a similar leadership role Proven track record managing complex care services--whether that's residential, supported living, or community-based In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and the legal frameworks that keep services safe and effective Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams and delivering person-centred, high-quality care Excellent communicator, able to build trust and collaborate with service users, families, professionals, and regulators
