People Services has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work within the People Services Admin Hub. The Admin Hub provides administrative support for the People Services Business Partner team to ensure efficient service delivery.
The People Services directorate provides advice and transactional services to employees and managers across the organisation. If you would like to work in a customer friendly, quality focused service, within a collaborative and supportive team, this may be the job for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking administrator to provide professional and comprehensive advice to employees and managers on a range of People Services policies and procedures.
The role will require liaising with stakeholders across the Trust, reporting/analytics on policy and procedure compliance and high quality administrative support to the wider People Services Business Partner team. Candidates will require excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.
Part of the role requires the use of web based systems, including ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and Microsoft Office applications. Full training on our systems will be provided.
The People Services Admin Hub operates during office hours, Monday-Friday.
