This is a hybrid role based at our Golborne head office, with 2-3 days a week onsite.

We are looking for a committed professional to provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Shared Services team, providing transactional and administrative support to the business across all key end to end People processes covering all elements of the employee life cycle. Responsible for dealing with employee queries quickly and effectively
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll:
Acting as the first point of contact for all people queries and requests for administrative action or transactional activity across the business.
Support the processing of key work activities, including, job offers, internal transfers and leavers, references and DBS checks, letters, reports, photocopying, scanning and filing
Keeping employee records up to date and processing subject access requests administration of occupational health referrals
HR system records
Administration of reward and benefit processes
Co-ordinating the People Services email inboxes
Supporting line managers with note taking in investigation, discipline, grievance and appeal hearings to ensure they are conducted in line with policy and legislation and attended to in a timely manner.
Supporting the People Support Team with key people projects and initiatives as required.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including Data Privacy.
