Reporting to the Head of People Services, the People Services Manager (PSM) leads on delivering key priorities for the Directorate. The role involves comanaging a centralised People Services team to ensure seamless, consistent day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to promotions and reward. Were looking for someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. Youll work closely with the wider People Team and leaders to ensure consistency and a great employee experience.

Contract: Maternity Cover 12 Month FTC
Grade: 17 Salary: 51,356 - 52,413
