Are you an experienced HR and payroll professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Services Supervisor to lead and support the delivery of high-quality administrative HR and Payroll services across the employee lifecycle.

Hours:

35 Hours. Monday - Friday. 9am - 5pm

Salary:

36,000 - 39,000 per annum



About the Role

In this vital leadership role, you'll supervise the People Support Services administration team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant HR and payroll processes. You will coordinate workflows, monitor service levels, and provide coaching to team members--ensuring an efficient, high-performing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and performance of the People Services Administrators. Oversee accurate and timely payroll and HR data entry, including starters, leavers, and employee changes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, GDPR, payroll legislation, and HR documentation standards. Support recruitment and learning administration activities. Act as an escalation point for queries and service issues. Monitor SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll bring experience in HR administration or payroll operations, with strong attention to detail and team leadership capabilities. You are confident in delivering guidance, navigating systems, and supporting compliance across HR processes.



Essential Experience & Skills:



Proven experience in HR and payroll operations Team coordination or supervisory background Knowledge of GDPR, HR policy, and payroll legislation Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong IT skills, including experience in the HRIS Dayforce system and Microsoft Office

Desirable:



CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (or willingness to achieve) Experience in LMS systems Familiarity with audit/compliance practices in HR
