We're looking for a People & Talent Coordinator who's equally passionate about hiring brilliant people and company culture. This role is a true 50/50 split between HR and recruitment.


It's a brilliant opportunity for someone with some HR admin or recruitment experience who's looking to build a career in HR. You'll be part of a supportive team, trusted to take ownership and encouraged to grow.

About the Role:




Supporting the day-to-day people operations, providing both people administration and recruitment coordination for Tedaisy, including:

Talent Acquisition



Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and locations (Salisbury, London & Belfast) Sourcing and matching candidates (via LinkedIn, Indeed or similar alternatives) to fulfil the requirements of the job description brief Screen and then shortlist candidates, booking interviews with hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records in the company ATS in line with GDPR Post vacancy adverts via the ATS to job boards and social media sites Liaise with recruitment agencies Monitor the recruitment process, making sure the applications are processed efficiently and all parties are kept up to date Gather feedback from hiring managers to provide to candidates Support careers fairs, open days and recruitment campaigns

People Administration



Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation Support the employee onboarding process, including right-to-work checks and coordinating inductions Maintain accurate employee records and HR system updates in line with GDPR Assist with probation reviews and absence tracking Ensuring job descriptions are maintained and up to date Support HR projects including engagement initiatives Supporting Tedaisy's corporate social responsibility commitments, including office charity fundraising and volunteering events Supporting the Learning & Development Specialist with booking employee training as required and setting up new employees on the Learning Management System

About You:



Previous recruitment and administration experience is essential Attention to detail and high degree of personal organisation Reliable and trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck-in Good communication skills both verbal and written A genuine interest in people and creating great employee experiences Organised, proactive and enjoys building relationships across teams Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and experience using HRIS or ATS
