We are looking for a People & Talent Officer to join our small team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
The Role
You'll play a key role in helping us deliver excellent HR support with a particular focus on:
Recruitment
: Managing end-to-end recruitment, drafting job adverts, shortlisting candidates and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
Employer Branding
: Using social media and other platforms to promote our employer brand and attract diverse talent.
HR Projects
: Supporting on key projects such as onboarding, improving our candidate experience and enhancing our recruitment toolkit and processes.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment
Confident using social media for talent attraction and brand promotion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
Collaborative and adaptable with a people-first mindset
