About the role



As a Performance Analyst at GreenSquareAccord, you`ll play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Working within our Digital Services team, you`ll be responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting performance data that drives strategic insights and continuous improvement. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with regular office collaboration and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business.

About you



You`re a data-driven thinker with a passion for turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, are curious about how data can drive social impact, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and performance.


Essential Criteria




Proven experience in performance analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present statistical data clearly. Strong skills in analytical tools such as

Excel

and

Power BI

. Ability to communicate complex information in a user-friendly, non-technical way. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited information. Understanding of data governance, accuracy, and security principles.

Desirable Criteria




Knowledge of performance metrics and risks within the

social housing sector

. Understanding of change management principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting others in the use of business intelligence tools and techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications beyond Excel (e.g., PowerPoint, Outlook).
