We are searching for a motivated and driven Performance and Development Lead to join a fast-paced currency exchange company based in London.


Ideally this person will come from an ex-military or ex-athletic background



The Performance and Development Lead will need practical experience in building and sustaining high performance cultures to equip managers to lead with accountability, run rigorous reviews, and build an environment where grit, hard work, ambition, and delivery are the norm.


Candidates who combine experience across a high-performance business environment (e.g. elite sales, consultancy, scale-up operations) with a sports performance or coaching background or military training academies are encouraged to apply.




Responsibilities:




Provide clarity on what High Performance is and what is expecrted Implement the company's High-Performance Framework across departments Ensure all employees have clear OKRs, KPIs, and role expectations Roll out "What Good Looks Like" standards and performance scorecards Lead structured performance reviews, calibrations, and recognition processes Deliver gamification and peer-feedback initiatives to drive performance culture Implement growth plans for high-potential employees and improvement plans for underperformance Coach managers and individuals on performance standards, feedback, and development Understand what High Performance Looks Like

Experience:




Minimum 5 years in a performance-focused role within business and sport, or coaching/ex military Proven track record of implementing performance frameworks and enabling growth Experience working in fast-paced, high-achieving teams Exposure to structured development practices, including coaching, OKRs, mentoring, or behavioural feedback Experience with performance tooling (e.g. scorecards, gamification, feedback systems) is advantageous High Energy, drive, grit and work ethic Strong understanding of performance systems Skilled coach with experience supporting individual and team development Confident in enabling and challenging line managers Results-oriented, pragmatic, and process-driven High cultural awareness; able to embed high performance within values-led environments Comfortable using performance and learning data to inform decisions Strong facilitation, feedback, and presentation skills
