Teads is seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Director to champion our performance solutions in the UK market. This role will be instrumental in driving growth for Teads' performance offering by educating clients and agencies, supporting the sales team and positioning Teads as a leader in performance-driven digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the in-house expert on Teads' performance solutions, supporting the sales team in pitches, strategy development, and client conversations.
Evangelise Teads' performance offering across the market, representing the business at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
Partner closely with sales leadership to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Teads' performance products.
Build strong relationships with key agency and brand stakeholders to drive adoption of Teads' performance solutions.
Provide consultative guidance to clients, ensuring performance campaigns are designed and optimised to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver best-in-class performance strategies and case studies.
Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and showcase results to demonstrate value and ROI.
Identify opportunities for innovation and product development based on client feedback and market trends.
Your Experience & Skills
Minimum 7+ years' experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in performance media.
Deep understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem (KPIs, attribution, optimisation, bidding strategies, etc.).
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders at agencies and brands, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Track record of driving adoption and revenue growth for performance-driven solutions.
Ability to translate complex product capabilities into client-friendly, outcome-driven propositions.
Proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for digital innovation.
Collaborative and adaptable, with strong leadership qualities to inspire both internal teams and clients.
