Reporting Relationships:

  • Key stakeholders: Global and EMEA Account Leadership, IFM Functional and Geographical leaders and Team Members
Role Summary:

The Governance and Performance Lead is a key enabling role and maintains responsibility for Master Service Agreement (MSA) management; Key performance indicator (KPI) development and alignment for tracking, reporting and improvement action planning across all functional leads and disciplines with the Account Team; and shaping and deploying a process management mentality that focuses on leveraging JLL best practices and Client specific requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Key performance indicator (KPI) Tracking, Reporting and improvement action planning.
  • Shaping and deploying a process management mentality that focuses on leveraging JLL best practices.
  • Manage the relationship with Client\xe2\x80\x99s Vendor Management lead working with the EMEA Account Director to translate their business objectives into JLL\xe2\x80\x99s account business plan.
  • Deep understanding of contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
  • Work with JLL\xe2\x80\x99s Business Intelligence team to design efficient, effective KPI tracking and reporting tools to track performance and compliance against Master Services Agreement (MSA)
  • Analyze year-to-date metric variances; recommend and implement changes aimed at improving results.
  • Develop and implement the client survey process, track performance and action plan. Support the team with other projects as required
  • Promote and enable importing and exporting best practices to and from JLL. Lead the efforts in creating, developing, and presenting training documentation that will assist account team members and transition team members in understanding the contents of our contracts/master service agreements between our Client and JLL (Development of the Master Service Agreement Overview document)
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions, (training, personnel or process change, etc)
Operational Compliance
  • Review, with Global and Regional operations on compliance of business management concerning
  • Business tools and BI systems.
  • Resource Planning, deployment, and Utilisation procedures.
  • Identify areas of Operational compliance risk and recommend corrective actions, (training, personnel or process change, etc)
Other Responsibilities
  • Advise Business on implementing strategic initiatives to manage risk & compliance (training, technology, 3rd party consultation)
  • Work closely with local JLL business partners particularly Finance, HR, Risk, Legal & Compliance to achieve compliance with company policy and procedures on behalf of The IFM Account.
  • Provide backup / support to the EMEA Account Director.
  • For any incidents (H&S, Environmental & Property Damage) support the local operations and H&S teams on reporting, root cause analysis and meetings with Clients and or Authorities.
Core Competencies

Commercial Experience
  • Has experience in business models, client requirements, IFM industry delivery, and contracting models and P&L management.
  • Understanding of the drivers of value and risk, the impact of changes in contract scope, portfolio profile, and resource levels.
IFM Operational Experience
  • Proven experience in the successful delivery of projects/accounts under a range of IFM models.
  • Proven understanding of Business Management principles including P&L, Resource Management, Operational Efficiencies.
  • Understands the needs and applications of managing data for Business & Management Intelligence.
Influence & Negotiating
  • Strong communicator, able to advise and influence senior stakeholders and SMEs across a diverse range of topics.
  • Always wanting to improve process and be the \xe2\x80\x9cgo to person\xe2\x80\x9d for all levels of staff to provide mentorship and value add advice.
  • Highly detailed and always \xe2\x80\x9cleading by example\xe2\x80\x9d your commitment to successful change is long term and consistent.
  • Drive any internal projects with the same discipline, tools, and rigour as an external project or program to ensure objectives and timelines are met or exceeded.
Critical Analysis
  • Can critically review risk, financial, contract information providing constructive and relevant feedback and advice, shares learnings from comparable situations.
Teamwork & Communication
  • An enthusiastic and positive collaborator, able to work effectively as part of a distributed team regionally or globally and partner with colleagues across diverse functions.
  • Structured communications to drive governance, and new initiatives rolled out from Regional Operations including follow up communications until adoption has been achieved.
  • Able to take complex issues and simplify communications to influence all levels of staff to achieve overall objective such as any approvals being requested
Innovation
  • Always reviewing process and raising innovative solutions to improve efficiency while reducing risk via new / revisions to policy, process, procedures, and enhancement to digital platforms.
Experience
  • First-hand experience of contract management and negotiation is essential.Technically proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Access and others
  • Experience working/collaborating with Business Leadership, Operations, Legal, Risk, Finance, and HR professionals.
  • Clear and measurable success in driving change.
  • Process Management experience or demonstrated skills
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Logical thinker with good common sense
  • Flexible and adaptable to policy changes and work flow
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
