Summary
Our production teams are growing, and we're looking for Performance Improvement Leads to work alongside us in enhancing processes and performance.
This role is to lead and support initiatives that improve business performance, optimise processes, and enhance service delivery across the organisation. It involves analysing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance improvement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement targets.
Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
Manage performance improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of improvement initiatives.
Analyse performance data to monitor progress and identify trends.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Working with the L&D team to provide training and support to teams going through improvement initiatives.
Work closely with department heads and frontline staff to gather insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison between operational teams and executive leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in performance improvement, operations, or process optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a similar role within manufacturing, production.
Track record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
Salary
: 35,000
Hours:
8am - 5pm
Flexibility on hours may be required with certain projects.
