What is the role

As a member of the Business Performance & Planning team and reporting directly to the Head of Business Performance & Planning, you will be responsible for continually monitoring & analysing the quality of current services we deliver and the digital technology and systems we use to ensure we are delivering consistent high-quality support across the Scotland. You will ensure continuous development & improvement of our services & digital systems by identifying new and innovative ways of delivering them to ensure they meet the current and changing demographic of needs of victims & witnesses affected by crime.

What you\'ll need to be successful

We are looking for an experienced Performance Improvement Officer, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Someone who a good presentation skills and the ability to convey key technical information to a non-digital audience and has the ability to plan and organise a complex workload with shifting deadlines in order to meet specific targets, ensuring quality output. Ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks that enable the understanding and delivery of broad organisational goals and have good analytical skills, must be able to understand, collect, analyse, report and present data.
