Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Performance Lead to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team!

Our Performance Lead will support our Resource and Planning team with formal employee relations meeting facilitation, with a heavy focus on cases around the Company sickness and absence policy whilst supporting in other cases.

The Performance Lead will have the opportunity to work closely with our front-line team members, influencing and coaching in order to foster an inclusive workplace environment. You will actively address employee relations issues in the moment, formalising processes appropriately and sensitively holding meetings with diligent note taking and data capture alongside our onsite People Advisors.

Qualifications & Experience:
Confident to facilitate formal Employee Relations meetings, both as note taker and fact finding representative Experience with employee relations, HR processes or administration is preferred Familiar with absence management High attention to detail and organisation skills, with experience in recording data accurately and in a timely manner The ability to embrace our Merlin values -

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Performance Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
