Provision of relevant performance management information to Departmental Management Team, and Departmental Managers and lead the review of information.
Contribute to the implementation of the department's Key Priorities Improvement Plan.
Provide Housing's response to the Council's Performance Management process and plans.
Ensure all information collected is fed into the Corporate performance monitoring network.
To monitor Housing's response to the Council's complaints procedures and to contribute to the Best Value and other reviews.
Requirement
At least 5 years proven experience at a senior level of working in a performance management field
Knowledge of, and a proven track records of good practice in a range of housing management functions
Experience of financial management and monitoring
Experience in implementing performance management review systems, including the development of local performance indicators.
