We're looking for an experienced

Digital Performance Manager

to join our growing team at one of Belfast's leading marketing agencies.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and emerging platforms

What You'll Do

Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic).


Analyse performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.


Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.


Manage budgets and pacing to achieve client KPIs and ROI targets.


Produce clear, actionable reports and present results to clients and stakeholders.


Stay ahead of digital trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive performance.

What We're Looking For

4+ years' experience

in a performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media role (agency experience preferred).


Proven track record managing successful campaigns across Google, Meta, and other major ad platforms.


Strong analytical mindset -confident using data to guide decision-making.


Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker).


Excellent communication and client-facing skills.


Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
