We're looking for a
Performance Marketer
who can achieve maximum growth while keeping advertising spend disciplined --
no more than 10% of revenue

Role Overview
You will be the driving force behind paid customer acquisition and retention across digital platforms. The challenge:

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Maintain strict advertising efficiency, ensuring marketing spend remains at or below
10% of monthly revenue
.
Develop and test
high-performing ad creatives
specifically for the kids clothing market.
Build and manage full-funnel paid strategies: prospecting, retargeting, abandoned cart recovery, loyalty campaigns.
Monitor KPIs daily (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV) and adjust tactics rapidly to stay within target metrics.
Analyze customer acquisition costs and optimize ad spend across channels accordingly.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to align visuals and messaging for campaigns.
Implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Report campaign performance, insights, and action plans weekly.
Research and pilot new low-cost marketing channels that fit Momyom's brand voice and customer base.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance marketing for
e-commerce brands
(fashion or kids products preferred).
Proven track record of
running efficient campaigns
with limited budgets and delivering measurable results.
Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping), TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, AOV.
Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and e-commerce analytics dashboards.
Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Ability to manage ad creatives and messaging for family- and child-focused audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills -- ability to work independently and make fast optimizations.
Preferred Bonus Skills
Experience with influencer marketing (especially mommy bloggers or parenting communities).
Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
Knowledge of CRM marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
Interest in kids fashion, trends, and e-commerce growth strategies.
