About the Role
We're looking for a versatile and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5+ years of performance marketing managerial experience to play a key role in shaping our paid campaigns and lead-generation activity.
This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for analytics & optimisation and hands-on execution across a variety of digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
? Create, implement and manage innovative performance marketing campaigns across
a wide range of channels - including paid social, Google Ads, YouTube and app store
platforms - driving Say Hello app downloads and Add People customer acquisition.
? Continuously optimise and refine campaigns to maximise efficiency and ROI,
ensuring budgets are allocated effectively, and performance targets are consistently
met.
? Monitor, analyse and provide actionable insights on app performance, downloads,
and user engagement using AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Apple/Google App
Store analytics.
? Collaborate with lead generation partners to ensure accurate routing of leads to sales
teams, tracking and analysing cost per acquisition and lead quality to improve
performance.
? Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales teams to understand
business needs and deliver targeted, effective marketing support.
? Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity,
recommending innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance and reach.
? Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven recommendations and
insights for campaign and channel growth.
About You
? 5+ years in a Performance Marketing Manager position, ideally within a digital-first or
agency environment.
? Proven track record of developing and delivering campaigns across digital marketing
channels.
? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
? Comfortable managing competing priorities and driving campaigns through from
concept to delivery.
? A highly analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving digital campaign
performance.
? A strong commercial mindset, with performance at the forefront of your mind at all
times.
? Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
? A team player with a proactive and positive approach.

Hybrid working options are available to colleagues upon successful completion of
