RedPxl is a performance-driven e-commerce marketing agency specialising in high-growth DTC brands. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly capable Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of Meta and Google advertising across multiple six-figure accounts. This is a senior, hands-on role where experience, precision and strategic judgement are essential.
Experience managing significant spend on Meta and Google is mandatory. TikTok and Snapchat Ads experience is a strong advantage, but the core of the role is scaling and optimising paid performance on the primary platforms.
You will work from our Canary Wharf office full time, collaborating closely with our creative, influencer and TikTok Shop teams to deliver consistent growth for our clients.
Responsibilities
Plan, build and manage Meta and Google campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets
Execute daily optimisation across bidding, budgets, audiences and creative rotation
Create structured testing frameworks for angles, hooks and creative variations
Oversee and guide performance-led creative production
Build and maintain reporting dashboards with clear performance insights
Identify and execute scaling opportunities while protecting efficiency
Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, tags, events and GA4
Run TikTok and Snapchat ads where beneficial to the wider strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and apply data-driven recommendations
Present weekly performance reviews, insights and forecasts to clients
Maintain strong documentation, organisation and communication across all accounts
Requirements
Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads at high scale
Must have managed six-figure monthly budgets across multiple accounts
Deep understanding of performance optimisation, attribution and tracking setup
Experience with TikTok and Snapchat Ads is preferred
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data into action
Comfortable working with UGC creatives and performance-led testing
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
Previous agency experience or experience managing multiple brands is highly advantageous
Full-time availability and ability to work from our Canary Wharf office
