Performance Marketing Manager
to join our expanding team and lead the charge on paid media and performance-driven campaigns.
Role Overview..
As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid digital campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. You'll use data and insights to drive client success, improve ROI, and support the wider team with strategic performance marketing expertise.
What You'll Be Doing..
Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth across search, social, display, affiliate marketing and other relevant platforms to meet client KPIs
Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimise towards ROI, CPA, CPL or other client-defined metrics
Collaborate with content marketing manager, designers and developers to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider digital strategies
Conduct regular performance reporting, providing insights and actionable recommendations
Manage advertising budgets and forecast performance outcomes with confidence and accuracy
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering results and providing strategic growth advice
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends and best practices to ensure Hush Digital remains at the forefront of digital performance
What You'll Need..
3+ years' hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4) and other key analytics and advertising platforms
Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with clear performance results
Confident with conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and campaign analytics.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and A/B testing to optimise campaign funnels and customer journey
Data-led mindset with the ability to draw insights from large data sets
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present ideas and results clearly
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously

Experience using tools like SERanking, AHRefs, DashThis, Tag Manager or Looker Studio
Familiarity with AI tools including GPT and Claude
Google Ads and Meta certifications
