Role Overview



We are looking for an experienced and driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will work with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager to

lead and optimise

our paid marketing efforts across Search and Social, primarily in the telecoms vertical.

This role goes beyond simply running campaigns; you'll be expected to drive profitable growth, leverage technical expertise in PPC, and bring a strategic approach to campaign optimisation.

You will be one of our go-to experts for:

Managing and optimising large-scale PPC campaigns across Google and Bing with budgets of 50k+ per month.

Leading acquisition-focused campaigns on Paid Social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) with a strong emphasis on CPA and ROAS targets.

Applying advanced knowledge of Performance Marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and affiliate platforms like AWIN and Webgains.

Analysing complex data sets to inform bidding strategies and optimise campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities



PPC Management

: Daily hands-on management of Google Ads and Bing campaigns; optimise keywords, bids, and ad copy to drive conversions at a profitable CPA.

Paid Social Execution

: Oversee Paid Social campaigns, scaling Facebook as a robust acquisition channel, with a focus on retention and engagement.

Campaign Reporting

: Deliver clear and insightful weekly and monthly reports on traffic, spend, CPA, and conversion rates.

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams (Business Units, Marketing, Finance) and external partners (Google, Facebook) to align strategies and share best practices.

Market Insight

: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform changes, ensuring our campaigns are always ahead of the curve.

Strategic Growth

: Identify new growth opportunities in Paid Search and Social channels, driving efficiency and scalability.

Technical Proficiency

: Demonstrate strong technical skills in PPC management, including bid strategies, audience segmentation, and advanced data analysis.

What We're Looking For:



Experience

: 3+ years in Performance Marketing, specifically in Paid Search and Paid Social. Experience with comparison, home services, or personal finance sectors is a plus.

Technical Mastery

: Deep understanding of PPC, campaign optimisation, and analytics tools. Ability to technically configure and troubleshoot campaign issues is a must.
