The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Pick Peanut's paid media, email, and performance systems.
You'll be hands-on with campaign execution, testing creative and offers, and building the repeatable systems that drive sustainable DTC growth.
This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can balance creative intuition with performance discipline -- blending the art of storytelling with the science of scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
Design and implement data-led strategies to profitably scale our DTC channel. Identify new opportunities, test hypotheses, and build frameworks for predictable growth.
2. Paid Social & Performance Media
Manage Meta and TikTok campaigns end-to-end -- from creative testing and audience targeting to optimisation and reporting.
Collaborate with our creative team to test new hooks, messaging, and formats that drive conversions.
3. Email & Retention Marketing
Own Klaviyo flows and campaigns to maximize retention and LTV.
Continuously test loyalty, win-back, and personalized strategies that deepen relationships with customers.
4. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Ideate landing pages, funnels, and offers that increase conversion rates and AOV.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards, track performance across all channels, and translate insights into action.
Maintain a data-first mindset to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
6. Market & Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of emerging DTC and pet-wellness trends to keep Pick Peanut on the cutting edge of performance marketing innovation.
Requirements
3-6 years' experience in DTC performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok Ads (Google Ads bonus).
Experience with 1m+ monthly ad spend
Strong grasp of creative testing, funnel optimisation, and offer iteration.
Experience managing or executing email marketing (Klaviyo preferred).
Analytical and structured -- fluent in CAC:LTV, MER, and ROAS metrics.
Capable copywriter -- confident writing and testing ad hooks and email copy.
Thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-ownership environment.
