Tigerbond are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Glasgow team and shape the strategies that drive genuine growth

What You'll Do

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of paid marketing activity across a diverse client portfolio. This role is highly strategic and deeply technical--you'll be trusted to own accounts immediately, manage significant budgets with confidence, and deliver campaigns that are smart and effective.


In this role, you will:

Build and execute high-performing paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising. Own day-to-day campaign management: launching, testing, analysing, and optimising to drive measurable ROI. Lead on forecasting, budgeting, and identifying new growth opportunities for clients. Turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. Work collaboratively with client leads, and internal teams to ensure paid activity is integrated and impactful. Stay ahead of platform updates, performance trends, and best practices to keep our clients at the cutting edge.

Who You Are

A performance specialist with experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns. Someone with agency experience, who enjoys the pace and variety it brings. Someone who's comfortable being hands-on with platforms every day--Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads are your playground. Analytical, curious, and commercially savvy. Confident managing six-figure budgets and delivering strong ROI. A proactive problem-solver who loves testing, learning, and iterating. Comfortable leading client conversations with clarity and authority.
