Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid media activity across Memento Exclusives and its partner brands, including F1 Authentics, MotoGP Authentics and UFC Collectibles.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Microsoft Ads where needed, driving growth across eCommerce (D2C), B2B, and Auction channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to a data-driven marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end -- from planning and creative briefing to analysis and optimisation. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable ROI and scalable growth across all paid channels.

Key Responsibilities



Minimum 4 years' experience in paid media or performance marketing (agency or in-house)

Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, and video advertising

Experience optimising for ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth

Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and Tag Manager

Analytical and data-led approach with strong reporting skills

Skilled in oversee all paid budgets and reporting across brands, ensuring data-driven decisions and maximum return on investment.

Excellent communication and project management abilities

Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail

Research and implement emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven optimisation features to improve campaign performance and reporting.

Desirable Skills



Experience managing international or multi-language campaigns

Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads Manager

Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce and CRM tools

Understanding of attribution modelling and first-party data segmentation

Experience managing product feeds through Google Merchant Centre or Channable

Experience managing or mentoring a small team

Interest in sports, digital innovation, and fan engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
