We're looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager

to support our digital growth across key paid channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn and deliver across Paid Search (including PMAX and Shopping), Paid Social, Retargeting, and more. You'll support campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, and play a key role in driving performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:



Support day-to-day management of Paid Search (including PPC, Shopping, PMAX), Paid Social, and Retargeting campaigns Build and optimise campaigns within Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms Monitor performance against KPIs, report results, and flag key insights Assist with testing and experimenting, including new ad formats, copy variations, audiences and bidding strategies Collaborate with internal teams (analytics, trading, creative) to ensure campaigns align with business goals Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trends to spot new opportunities Maintain campaign hygiene, budget pacing, and ensure spend is aligned with performance

What we're looking for:



Enthusiastic about digital marketing with a particular interest in paid channels Minimum 3+ years of experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) Analytical mindset. You're confident with numbers and know your way around spreadsheets or Looker Studio Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment Detail-focused, proactive, and keen to take ownership Good communicator who can work well with both technical and creative teams
