to join our Digital team and play a key role in scaling two exciting brands across the UK and international markets. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital, you'll own performance marketing strategy and execution across all major paid channels, driving growth, efficiency and innovation.
What you'll be doing
Lead and optimise all paid digital channels includingPaid Search, Paid Social, Video, Display and Affiliate.
Own and develop our customer lifecycle strategy, using email and paid media to maximise customer lifetime value.
Work with brand marketing teams to manage the marketing messagesacross channels
.
Plan, activate and optimise performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales and brand visibility.
Report on, analyse and forecast key performance metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Drive atest-and-learn creative approach across all channels to continually improve performance.
Manage in-house international Paid Search (Search & Shopping) activity.
Explore and scale new channels including Affiliate, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter.
Set, track and manage budgets and targets across all paid digital channels.
Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth while improving cost efficiency.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Trading team to optimise the full customer journey.
Communicate performance, attribution insights and channel effectiveness to the wider business.
Champion and uphold our CSR values, embedding social and environmental responsibility into daily work.
Support wider digital and marketing activities as required.
What you'll bring
2-3 years' experience in Ecommerce and Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search (essential).
Comfortable working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Experience developing customer lifetime value (CLV) strategies.
Previous experience managing or collaborating with digital agencies.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Highly organised, methodical and detail-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
