Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
Join Robert Dyas, as our new Performance Marketing Manager! Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you'll manage a 5m+ annual performance marketing budget across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting for Robert Dyas, Ryman, and London Graphic Centre.
You'll take ownership of performance marketing channels, optimise campaigns for profitability, and drive continuous improvement. This includes managing feeds and product data, performing analytical deep dives, and aligning paid media with trading teams. We're looking for 3+ years' experience in paid marketing, particularly Google Ads, with a track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets.
