Performance Support Officer

Job Description


The post holder will be expected to provide support to the performance portfolio which will include the integration of systems to assist in the provision of routine information and data for both internal and external performance reports. This will be facilitated by collating data from a variety of sourcesMain duties of the job

  • Support the production of a suite of timely performance reports for all levels of the organisation
  • Support the production of accurate and timely reports prior to submitting to colleagues in the Contracts, Performance and CQUIN Team
  • Ensure that the data input within the performance report is accurate and meets the timescales imposed
  • Engage and exchange information on their work with other colleagues in the Contracts, Performance and CQUIN team to promote joined up work and sharing of best practice across the Trust
  • Undertake data analysis and identify where data quality issues exist and work with data owners to resolve issues
  • Provide routine information and data needed for day-to-day management purposes
  • Interrogate systems to pull together the data required to support the reporting requirements to key stakeholders
  • Support with the completion of the external mandatory returns and meet timescales imposed, analysing, and interpreting relevant information
  • Contribute to effective team working within the Trust
  • Provide administrative support to include diary management, annual leave, ordering stationery and completing training requests and preparing and minuting meeting
  • Demonstrate an increased use of agile working, this will include within care groups to increase visibility, promote an awareness of your role and performance requirements, support accessibility, support the building of robust relationships and aid in the requirements of this role
