Millfield Prep School is seeking a talented and inspiring Tennis Coach to join our outstanding sports department. This is a term-time only position, working 30 hours per week, with a salary of 24,714.48 per annum

You will deliver high-quality coaching to pupils of all abilities through individual and group sessions, while supporting their development both in school and at external tournaments.

Key responsibilities include managing private lessons, supporting teams at IAPS and other competitions (including some weekends and holidays), contributing to a clear pathway into the Senior School programme, and working closely with staff and parents. You'll also coordinate fixtures and logistics, provide regular feedback, and contribute to tennis communications and media.

We're looking for a coach with a proven track record of motivating young players, excellent communication and organisational skills, and ideally a background in competitive tennis and knowledge of LTA/UTR structures. A strong team player and self-starter, you will be committed to Millfield's holistic approach to education and to ongoing professional development.
