Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Performer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the arts, with skills in dancing, public speaking, and teaching. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire audiences of all ages. As a Performer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality performances that entertain and educate.

Duties

Deliver engaging performances that showcase your dancing abilities and artistic expression. Utilise public speaking skills to effectively communicate with audiences during performances and workshops. Collaborate with fellow performers and creative staff to develop new material and enhance existing performances. Participate in rehearsals, providing feedback and contributing to the overall improvement of the production. Maintain professionalism during all interactions with audiences, students, and colleagues. Assist in promoting performances through social media and community outreach initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in dancing, with a strong understanding of various dance styles. Background in public speaking or teaching is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to connect effectively with diverse audiences. A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to continuous improvement in your craft. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
