We are looking for a lively and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our team at Razzamataz Leicester South! We are a part time theatre school for children age 4-18. You will be required to teach every Saturday morning in term time with some half term and holiday club requirements.
Must have a huge passion for working in a fun and energetic environment and be able to lead and engage a class of up to 25 students. Must have a genuine love for working with children and a genuine desire to deliver the best possible experience for our students.
Previous teaching experience highly desirable!
Requirements:
Previous experience teaching drama - must be able to effectively lesson plan and source materials for fun and engaging classes
Must be reliably available on Saturdays during Term Time
Experience and passion for working with children
Proactive, friendly, approachable and supportive
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply
Ability to teach dance/singing desirable - Triple threat teachers always needed.

The role includes producing dynamic show pieces for local performances and our annual summer showcase. You must be able to bring the best out of students of all ages and abilities!
Must be reliable and committed, bubbly and enthusiastic, able to hold class attention and run a safe teaching environment whilst also creating a good rapport with the parents.
