Job Description

The post-holder will work as a member of the Buckinghamshire Perinatal Mental Health Team proving a service to women experiencing moderate to severe perinatal mental health issues and their families, as delegated by perinatal clinicians/team lead. If you are successfully recruited into this post you will have access to regular supervision, internal and external training opportunities. The successful post-holder will also be expected to participate in the delivery of interventions in various community settings and support women being admitted or discharged from mother and baby units, under the direction of the perinatal mental health clinicians. The Perinatal Nursery Nurse will be expected to work towards meeting the national perinatal competency framework requirements.
