Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Periodontist to join our progressive dental practice on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated specialist to build a patient list from the ground up, beginning with one day per month and expanding as demand grows.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in diagnosing and treating periodontal disease, as well as proficiency in a range of periodontal surgical procedures. While experience with dental implants is advantageous, it is not essential. A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Duties

Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases, including gingivitis and periodontitis. Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, pocket reduction surgery, and dental implants. Conduct thorough examinations using medical imaging techniques to assess the condition of patients' gums and bone structure. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining gum health. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in periodontology and related technologies, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for treatment planning.

Pay: 80,033.00-92,512.00 per year
