We're Looking for Someone Who:
Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
Has experience in therapeutic services, with knowledge of addiction recovery and substance misuse settings
Can successfully oversee centre operations, ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
Is confident managing budgets and resources effectively
Can motivate, lead, and support a diverse team of staff and volunteers
Is resilient in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes
Is flexible, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Oasis Runcorn meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Maintain and enhance the therapeutic recovery programme
Oversee therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
Produce accurate reports and data for compliance and performance monitoring
Drive client engagement and retention to achieve occupancy goals
Manage staff performance, training, and wellbeing
Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities and health & safety compliance
