to join our friendly team and help shape the future of our much-loved charity.
About Us
For over 50 years, Gaddesden Place RDA has provided therapeutic riding and equine activities to individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Supported by a committed team of staff, trustees and 40+ volunteers, we offer a warm, inclusive environment where horses change lives every day.
What You'll Do
As Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth running and long-term sustainability of our Centre, including:
Day-to-day business management working closely with the Operations Manager
Supporting staff and volunteers, leading training and coaching sessions
Working closely with the Yard Manager to ensure outstanding horse welfare
Overseeing health & safety and compliance
Helping us grow, develop, and maintain excellent relationships across our community
What We're Looking For
? Experienced equestrian coach (BHS qualifications essential; UKCC Level 2 minimum)
? Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
? Good knowledge of yard management and horse welfare
? Confident with budgets, reporting and Microsoft Office
? Passionate about inclusive equestrianism and working with volunteers
? Willing to train as an RDA Coach if not already qualified
