Position Overview:
As a Peripatetic Manager for Landona House Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple care homes in North England .Your primary objective will be to ensure that each care home operates efficiently, meets regulatory requirements, delivers high-quality care services, and maintains excellent standards of resident satisfaction. You will work closely with care home managers, staff, and senior management to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight:
Provide strategic direction and guidance in Home managers absence to ensure effective operations.
comply with regulations, quality of care, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Staff Management and Development
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care home.
Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
promoting professional development and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance within each care home.
Collaborate with care home managers to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered General Nurse or NVQ 5.
Proven experience in a management or Regional role within the healthcare or care home industry.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for care homes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to the role.
Travel to the designated home, North England.

Pay: 47,043.00-50,852.00 per year
