Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced nursing home manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care service, ensuring it provides high-quality, person-cantered care while adhering to regulatory standards and managing staff and finances.

Key Responsibilities



Ensure the delivery of high quality, safe and person centred care, promoting residents' independence and dignity.



Manage the service to meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including standards set by CQC.



Recruit, train, support, and supervise nursing and care staff, creating a positive and effective workplace culture.



Oversee the financial budget, aiming to maximize occupancy and business viability.



Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, acting as the primary point of contact for safeguarding matters.



Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities and other health and care services.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
