About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at WED2B, you will be a pivotal force behind the success of your store. We're looking for someone who isn't just passionate about customer service but has the
strategic leadership skills to motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional results

You'll lead from the front -- setting the standard for excellence on the shop floor, supporting and developing your team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
You'll be responsible for:
Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintaining operational standards and ensuring a seamless, exceptional customer experience
Managing performance through effective communication, regular feedback, and hands-on leadership
Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick resolutions to customer and operational issues
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance team effectiveness and store performance

Job Types:
Permanent, part-time
Salary:
27,164 per annum (FTE based on 40 hours per week, pro-rata based on agreed hours) plus generous commission
Hours of Work:
32 hours per week, 5 days per week, flexibility required over weekends and weekdays
