Vacancy - 12-month contract - Part time Teaching Assistant

(Grade TA2)

We will review the contract in 12 months' time and would hope to extend this, subject to sufficient EHCP funding.

19 hours / week over 4 days
Proposed hours:

Monday 8.45am - 3.20pm
Tuesday 1.20pm - 3.20pm
Wednesday 8.45am - 3.20pm
Thursday None
Friday 8.45am - 3.20pm

There may be the option to extend these hours to incorporate Tuesday morning, which would increase the contract by a further 3 hours and 40 minutes

. This can be discussed during school visits and at interview.

The role will involve providing classroom support, working across three year groups in the school.

Pay Range

Grade TA2 - Spinal Column Point 2-4 (11,539) per annum at 19 hours per week

The role will involve

Supporting children's learning across a range of year groups. Providing high quality classroom support to pupils and staff. Supporting targeted pupils who need additional help to overcome specific barriers to learning
