Permit Controller

4 on 4 off shift pattern, 05:45-17:45

Cranswick is a leading UK food producer with revenue of over 2 Billion. We produce and supply premium food to high profile UK grocery retailers, the food service sector and other UK and global customers.

An exciting new opportunity is available for a Permit Controller to join our Engineering Team at our Preston site.

Main Duties Include (but not limited to)

Receiving, reading, and approving RAMS Completing inductions for contractors Measuring days progress and observing contractor process and behaviours Maintaining the stores in an orderly fashion Ordering components and being responsible for storage of goods when they arrive

Experience in a similar role Experience working in FMCG environment (advantageous) Excellent organisational and communication skills Attention to Detail
