To support the company's growth, we are seeking
a Permit Coordinator
.
The successful candidate will:
Be familiar with street works management systems such as Street Manager, Aurora, or Confirm.
Have experience in highway maintenance, utilities, or civil engineering works.
Understand how traffic management plans are developed and applied.
Be a strong communicator and highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Be confident using computer systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
.
A typical day will include:
Submitting permit applications and managing the notice process, ensuring deadlines and conditions are met.
Processing electronic permit notifications such as closures, registrations and modifications in line with NRSWA requirements.
Completion of TTRO and signal applications, as well as producing suspension notices for bus stops, parking bays
Maintaining a good level of communication with site managers and operatives
Providing progress updates.
Building good working relationships with councils and other third parties
Maintaining accurate records of all Streetworks activities.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4.30 pm.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
