Job Summary

Experienced in Iranian kitchen, we are looking for a passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Fluent English level is a must.

The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary experience and a strong background in food production and preparation.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee food production processes, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Execute the menu following the Owner guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to maintain stock levels. Participate in the development of new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback and market trends.

Able to create good quality social media engaging content is a +

Proven supervisory experience within a kitchen environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
