Operational Support Co-Ordinator
to help us maintain excellence across safety, compliance, and operational processes.
About the Role
As an
Operational Support Co-Ordinator
, you'll be at the heart of our Air Traffic Services team, supporting document control, safety management, and continuous improvement processes. You'll ensure our internal systems are accurate, compliant, and fully aligned with CAA and airport requirements--contributing to a culture of operational excellence and safety.
What You'll Be Doing
Document Control & Change Management
Maintain accurate control of ATS documentation, including updates, registers, and change logs.
Co-ordinate the review and amendment of documents in line with CAA updates and Skywise notifications.
Manage the ATS Change Management Plan, ensuring impact assessments are tracked and actions completed.
Safety & Compliance
Support the implementation of our Safety Management System (SMS) across risk, assurance, and safety promotion.
Co-ordinate internal audits and contribute to external audit readiness.
Maintain and develop our Integrated Management System (safety, quality, and security).
Update the Safety Board, Top Risk posters, and related materials.
General Operational Support
Minute key ATS meetings (e.g. Safety Action Group, Pilot Liaison Group, Local Runway Safety Team) and track follow-up actions.
Assist with training logistics, travel bookings, and meeting arrangements.
Co-ordinate temporary ID requests and support ATS rostering alignment with sickness absence policy.
Oversee office supplies and staff induction/exit processes.
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and flexible approach to workload and problem-solving.
Experience in compliance or document management (aviation sector desirable but not essential).
Confidence with systems, registers, and structured information handling.
Ability to work closely with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
