Personal Advisors

to join our Children's Social Care team within the 16-25 Service. This is a vital role supporting care-experienced young people as they transition to adulthood. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.

What we're looking for:




Level 3 qualification related to working with children and young people. Proven ability to build trusting relationships with young people. Knowledge and understanding of children and young people's development and family dynamics. Ability to work creatively, independently and within ethical boundaries.
