About the Role:





Join Ipsos as a Personal Assistant for a 12-month FTC. Be the linchpin for three senior Directors in the UK and global business. This role is your opportunity to enable leadership effectiveness through proactive diary management, communication triage, and complex meeting coordination. It's a chance to work with a team that provides crucial insights across various industries, assisting clients in navigating dynamic markets. Use your judgement to prioritize demands and support leaders in focusing on strategic priorities. This role is key to building strong client relationships and supporting high-impact research projects.





About You:



Proven experience in executive or personal assistant roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong written and communication skills Capable of managing competing priorities and multitasking Experience with hybrid meetings and AV/tech arrangements Collaborative mindset and willingness to provide assistance where needed Proficiency in AI tools and their application to administrative tasks



Essential Skills:



Executive support experience Diary and inbox management Strong communication skills Organisational proficiency Event and meeting coordination skills



Desirable Skills:



Experience in a matrix organisation Familiarity with AI tools Expense and financial reconciliation experience Event organisation Basic project coordination skills
